Our studios are designed to share the energy of nature, embracing a sustainable concept. Becoming YOLO translates into a full sensory experience throughout the rooms of our pilates studio.
VISUAL EXPERIENCE
We teamed with horticulturist experts to offer you a clean air inside our studios. The plants purify the air and their display is a visual experience, a natural spectacle giving you nothing but positive energy.
We chose wood, another living material, to decorate our studios. Studies have shown that the presence of wood in spaces reduces blood pressure, stress and anxiety. Wood is also responsible for creating an environment for positive social interactions.
SCENT EXPERIENCE
YOLO aroma is a natural, wood fragrance, designed by YOLO. It is evoking a journey through the forest, relaxing and energising you.

Who can become a trainer?
Anyone with a passion for pilates and the will to learn.
Do you know your bones and muscles, how they connect and interact? Our trainers classes start with a theory base, anatomy and biomechanics. You will learn the steps of all movements, assis- tance techniques and what to do in case of special situations.
